Project application procedure

For each application, the local skill level is considered:

  • technical infrastructure

  • the local level of education

  • the possibilities for maintenance and service

  • the availability of replacement parts

In addition, we analyze the cost-benefit ratio, in which transport costs play an important role. We prioritize the principle that items are not delivered if they can be produced locally. All products are made as safe as possible to minimize risks for the user. Moreover, we continuously adapt our approach based on the specific wishes and feedback of our partners.

Application Procedure

We request that you provide a brief general project description in the application form. For communication, we prefer to work through your contact person or sponsor in the Netherlands.

Upon receipt of your application, we will assess whether your project aligns with the objectives of the MEDIC Foundation "About Stichting Medic"

We will then contact you to discuss this further. In consultation with you, we will determine which products we can supply and what financial contribution is required. Based on your wishes and budget, we will prepare a quotation. You then decide which products you wish to order within your available budget. See also our "terms and conditions of delivery".

Ordering and Delivery

Upon receipt of your written order, we will prepare the goods, carefully packed, for delivery from our warehouse in Apeldoorn. Upon request, we can advise you on the logistics arrangements. The costs for transport and insurance are at your expense. Payment must be made in advance.
