Project application procedure
For each application, the local skill level is considered:
the level of education
the possibilities for maintenance and service
the availability of replacement parts
The relationship between benefits and costs, among other things, of transport is also examined. Preferably, no articles are exported that can be made in the country itself. All articles are indemnified as much as possible against risks for the user. In addition, we tailor our efforts to the specific wishes and criticism of our customers.
You are requested to provide a general description of the project and to attach a detailed list of the desired goods. We prefer to work in the Netherlands through your contact person or sponsor.
After receiving your wish list, we first check whether your project for MEDIC meets our objective. which products we can offer and the financial contribution we ask. We will contact you to discuss this. Based on your wish list, a quote will be drawn up and sent to you. You can determine which products you want to order based on your budget.
After receipt of your written order, the goods will be prepared for delivery ex warehouse Apeldoorn. If required, we can advise you on transport in consultation with you. The costs for transport and insurance are for your account. Payment for the goods must be made in advance.
